Alina 8 - 2  Bedroomed Apartment in Kato Paphos, Cyprus

A well-positioned First Floor apartment in the Universal Area

This brand new property is located in a quite cul-de-sac in the Universal Area of Kato Paphos. Close to all amenities. The master bedroom is en-suite, the second bathroom has bath/shower, sink and toilet. There is a wrap around verandah joining all areas of the apartment with outside seating and dining facilities.

Prices are for the property per week and in UK pounds.

Changeover day

Clients are required to vacate the apartment by 10.00am on their changeover day.

Accommodation:

Bedrooms: The Master bedroom with en-suite facilities has a large double bed.
All rooms have ample wardrobe space.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds with wardrobes and dressing table.

Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 has all en-suite facilities.
Bathroom 2 is equipped with bath/shower/basin and WC.

Kitchen: A kitchen/diner has a table and chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron & board.

Living Rooms: A very spacious lounge area leading onto the wrap around outside terrace has plenty of room for everyone. TV, games,. Two sofa beds. DVD/CD player.

Other: The communal pool area is for the private use of only six apartments and has seating and barbecue facilities for your personal use.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: One set of bed linen, bath and face towels are provided. A mid-stay clean and linen change is available at small cost of CYP£20.

Notes on accommodation

Suitable for families or couples. Smoking only outside on the balcony. Air conditioning units also provide heat in the winter months. Bedrooms and lounge have louvered window shutters. A safe is provided for your valuable possessions.
For a small additional cost, we can provide a high chair, cot and baby seat.

hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, tv, barbecue, shared pool

Outside:

Pool and BBQ facilities for the sole use of the residents.

Coast/Beach:

Only 10 to 15 minute stroll to the nearest beach and harbour.

Golf:

The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 20 mins drive. Secret Vally and Aphrodite Hills 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.

Skiing:

In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can sunbath in the morning and ski in the afternoon! Only one hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun skiing between January and March.

Special interest holidays:

Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in Nicosia, numerous historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, water sports, it's all here! and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year... any time is a good time to visit.

Travel:

Paphos international airport is 20 mins drive, the taxi fare approx CY£15-20 depending on time of day. Taxi from Larnaca is CY£50 and takes around 1-2 hours. Buses travel from the habour at frequent intervals and a very cheap. Car hire, whilst not essential is recommended if you want to see all the island has to offer. Driving is on the left and road signs are in English.

Distances:

The motorway system links all areas of Cyprus and are very congestion free.

Apartment booking options can be held for four days.
After which a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
