This luxury first floor studio apartment is on the award winning 5 star St Nicolas complex. Furnished to a high standard and fully air-conditioned, it comprises of a spacious studio lounge with patio doors leading onto a shaded balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main pool. The St Nicolas complex boasts seven pools including a children’s pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a bar/restaurant, tennis court, children’s play area, indoor jacuzzi, sauna, gym, heated indoor swimming pool, cinema and a convenience store all on the site. Chlorakas itself has a supermarket and a few bars with Paphos only five minutes away by car or a brisk 20 minute walk.

Outside
The veranda opens up onto a large shaded patio. There is a dining table with seating for four which overlooks one of the unique swimming pools.

Coast/Beach
There is a local municipal beach within 5 minutes drive from the apartment and the larger beaches at Coral Bay are within 15 minutes drive

Golf
The area boasts many excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 20 mins drive. Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.

Skiing
In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can sunbathe in the morning and ski in the afternoon! Only one hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun skiing between January and March.

Special interest holidays
Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in Nicosia, numerous historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, Off Roading, carting, water sports, horse riding, it's all here! and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year...any time is a good time to visit.

Travel
Paphos International airport is 20-25 minutes drive from the apartment. With lots to see and do car is highly recommended.
Taxis - these are readily available from Paphos Airport to take you to your accommodation if you do not have a car. You can book online with various firms in advance. Prices range from €28 during the day to €33 at night to Chlorakas. Local Taxis are found easily at key locations and can pick up at the apartment.

Distances
Chlorakas village with several shops, a supermarket, bars and taverns is a 5 minute walk. Paphos town centre is a 15 minute walk. The harbour is a 10 minute drive away. There is a lovely walk along the sea front and several restaurants, bars and gift shops. Sailing trips and boat hire are available from the harbour. Tombs of the Kings is a wonderful archaeological area that is close to the harbour as is a wonderful collection of mosaics.

Further details

Paphos and suburbs are well served with banks, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The Akamas peninsular (30 minute drive) provides some spectacular walking along the coast and through gorges. Troodos mountains can be reached by tour bus or by car within an hour and has spectacular views, waterfalls and walks.

Booking notes
Booking options can be held open for up to three days.
After which a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. Full booking information and conditions are available upon request. A £100 security deposit will be required and returned to you within 7 days of your arrival back in the UK providing no breakages have be made.
