Notes on accommodation
Suitable for families or couples or groups. Smoking preferred on the balcony. Air
conditioning units also provide heat in the winter months. All windows and patio doors have
louvered window shutters. For a small additional cost we can provide: high chair, cot, baby
seat.
Amenities/Facilities provided:
hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board, tv, shared pool, oven
Outside:
A large outside balcony with close views of the sea. There is a communal swimming pool on the
complex. Ample free parking spaces are available.
Coast/Beach:
5 minutes walk to the nearest beach, shops and all amenities.
Golf:
The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 20
mins drive. Secret Vally and Aphrodite Hills 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these
courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.
Skiing:
In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can sunbath in the morning and ski in the
afternoon! Only one hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun skiing between January
and March.
Special interest holidays:
Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in
Nicosia, numerous historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, water sports, it's all here!
and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year... any time is a good time to visit.
Travel:
Paphos international airport is 20 mins drive, the taxi fare approx CYP15-20 depending on
time of day. Taxi from Larnaca is CYP50 and takes around 1-2 hours. Buses travel from the habour
at frequent intervals and a very cheap. Car hire, whilst not essential is recommended if you
want to see all the island has to offer. Driving is on the left and road signs are in English.
Distances:
The motorway system links all areas of Cyprus and are very congestion free.

Apartment booking options can be held for three days.
After which a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
