Notes on accommodation
All rooms have air-conditioning and heating.
Air-conditioning is not recommended during the night and
we have therefore fitted all sleeping areas with
independent ceiling fans. The pergola fenced 10m x 5m
swimming pool gives peace of mind and safety for
children. With the children in mind there is an
extensive grassed area for the children to play in the
landscaped gardens.

Accessibility
Although not designed for wheelchair access the driveway
is directly linked to the outside patio area with a step
leading from the patio to pool and gardens. Downstairs
is completely open plan giving easy access to the
kitchen and downstairs bathroom.
Outside
Private 10m x 5m swimming pool (fenced), BBQ area, patio
area, grassed gardens, outside table and chairs for 8,
sun beds, side tables and umbrella.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay's renowned blue flag sandy beach is just 5
minutes away with warm safe swimming. To the north along
the Akamas Peninsula there are numerous swimming and
scuba diving locations but professional advice is
recommended. Laura beach is 30 minutes away where the
turtles can be seen laying their eggs.
Golf
3 golf courses within 40 minute drive. Tsada Golf Club
is 30 minutes drive away from Pafos (30 minutes from the
Villa). 18 hole course on an elevated position 550
meters above sea level. It plays to a par 72 and
measures 6060 meters. The Secret Valley Golf Club is
located 18 km east of Pafos (35 minute drive away from
the villa). It lies in a scenic valley with grand trees
adding to the new course’s maturity and the beautiful
scalped natural rock formations offer panoramic views to
the golfer. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6120
meters. The Aphrodite golf is also 40 minutes drive away
from the villa.
Skiing
Skiing is available in winter in the Troodos mountains
and in summer allows activities as walking and mountain
bike riding in breathtaking scenery.
Special interest holidays
Local activities include cycling, diving, fishing, golf,
horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, swimming,
tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing sailing all
within easy access of the villa. Diving courses and
trips can be arranged with the local 5 star Padi dive
centre.
Travel
Paphos airport is an easy 30 minutes drive mainly on a
highway. Larnaca airport is 2 hours on a very safe
highway. Nicosia (Ercan airport) is a 2 1/2 hours drive
and is inside the Turkish region of Cyprus, visitors
to/from Turkey use this airport.
Distances
Peyia (Pegeia) village is only a 2 minute drive and
offers everything a visitor might need from restaurants
and a supermarket to a doctor’s surgery. Coral Bay is a
5 minute drive and has a range of facilities more in
keeping with a holiday resort with bars, nightclubs,
restaurants, banks and general shopping facilities.
Paphos town and harbour is 20 minutes away with an
abundance of bars and restaurants. A 5 minute drive
inland will bring you to the old town for the shoppers
amongst you.
Further details
Paphos is a world heritage centre of interest and has
Roman remains including several mosaic sites and areas
of natural beauty, Troodos and Akamas mountain ranges.

25% deposit is requested with the initial booking and
the remainder 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be
by personal check.
