Notes on accommodation
Suitable for
families or couples. Smoking permitted only on the balcony. Air conditioning units also provide
heat in the winter months. Bedrooms and lounge have blackout blinds or curtains. A safe is
provided for your valuable possessions.
For a small additional cost we can provide: high chair, cot, baby seat.

selected satellite programmes, flat screen TV, large outside areas
Outside:
In a seclude
spot with covered terraced area which provides shade and ample seating for “Al Fresco” dining.
There is a shaped swimming pool and you are supplied with your own sunbeds and umbrella. Free
parking spaces are available.
Coast/Beach:
Coral Beach with its sandy beaches, safe waters, restaurants, volley ball courts and changing
facilities is 5 minutes drive away
Golf:
The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 20
mins drive. Secret Vally and Aphrodite Hills 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these
courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.
Skiing:
In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can sunbath in the morning and ski in the
afternoon! Only one hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun skiing between January
and March.
Special interest holidays:
Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in
Nicosia, numerous historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, water sports, it's all here!
and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year... any time is a good time to visit.
Travel:
Paphos
International Airport is 20 mins drive, the taxi fare approx CY£20 - £30 depending on time of
day. Taxi from Larnaca is CY£55 and takes around 1-2 hours. Buses travel from the village at
frequent intervals and are very cheap. Car hire, whilst not essential is recommended if you want
to see all the island has to offer. Driving is on the left and road signs are in English.
Distances:
The motorway
system links all areas of Cyprus and are very congestion free.
Further details:
Both Coral Bay and Peyia village have full bank and shopping facilities. Car, bike & off road
buggies can be hired in Coral Bay. Buses, tours and taxis are readily available at very lows
costs.
There is a horse riding stables, Donkey Sanctuary, Bird Park, Reptile Park, Turtle Beach all
within a few minutes travelling.

After which a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
