A brand new two bedroom fully air-conditioned / heated first floor apartment. A large shaded balcony allows for “al Fresco” living and overlooks the communal swimming pool, offers some of the most spectacular views of the coast and surrounding areas. Finished to a high standard this property has the best of everything!  Close to the village centre pf Peyia, with all amenities and shopping. The beaches of Coral Bay and Sea Caves are only a short drive away. Only 25 minutes drive to Paphos harbour. A water park, go-karting and historical sites all within a short distance.

Prices are for the property per week and in UK pounds. Special Prices available for bookings over 3 weeks.

Changeover day

Wednesday is the most popular change over day, however most days can be accommodated. Clients are required to vacate the apartment by 11.00am on their changeover day. However there are shower and changing facilities in the pool area which can be used up to your departure.

Accommodation:

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table and chair, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and hairdryer.
Twin room with fitted wardrobe, dressing table and chair, bedside cabinets.
Both rooms have air conditioning.

Bathrooms: Bathroom has bath/shower combination with shower screen. There is also a WC and a wash basin with shelf and mirror.

Kitchen: Fully fitted with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and board, airer and pegs, quality utensils, crockery, glassware.

Living Room: The lounge area provides comfortable seating for 5. 2 occasional tables. A flat screen TV with selected satellite viewing, a DVD, CD player.

Other: The dining area is open plan and has seating for 4 people.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bed linen and towels are supplied (not beach towels). The apartment is cleaned before arrival and after departure. Second week laundry is supplied. A mid-stay clean and laundry change is available at a small cost of CYP21.

 

Notes on accommodation

Suitable for families or couples. Smoking permitted only on the balcony. Air conditioning units also provide heat in the winter months. Bedrooms and lounge have blackout blinds or curtains. A safe is provided for your valuable possessions.
For a small additional cost we can provide: high chair, cot, baby seat.

Outside:

A large covered balcony provides a spacious seating and dining area, with ample space for sunbathing on four loungers. There is a 15 metre swimming pool with WC, shower and washroom facilities adjacent to it. Free parking spaces are available.

Coast/Beach:

Coral Beach with its sandy beaches, safe waters, restaurants, volley ball courts and changing facilities is 5 minutes drive away

Golf:

The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 20 mins drive. Secret Vally and Aphrodite Hills 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.

Skiing:

In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can sunbath in the morning and ski in the afternoon! Only one hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun skiing between January and March.

Special interest holidays:

Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in Nicosia, numerous historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, water sports, it's all here! and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year... any time is a good time to visit.

Travel:

Paphos International Airport is 20 mins drive, the taxi fare approx CY£20 - £30 depending on time of day. Taxi from Larnaca is CY£55 and takes around 1-2 hours. Buses travel from the village at frequent intervals and are very cheap. Car hire, whilst not essential is recommended if you want to see all the island has to offer. Driving is on the left and road signs are in English.

Distances:

The motorway system links all areas of Cyprus and are very congestion free.

Further details:

Both Coral Bay and Peyia village have full bank and shopping facilities. Car, bike & off road buggies can be hired in Coral Bay. Buses, tours and taxis are readily available at very lows costs.

There is a horse riding stables, Donkey Sanctuary, Bird Park, Reptile Park, Turtle Beach all within a few minutes travelling.

After which a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
