Notes on accommodation
All south facing windows are fully shuttered for added
comfort and ventilation. All rooms are fully
air-conditioned and extra pedestal fans are provided.

Outside
The house is located next to, and overlooks, the
communal swimming pool. However the garden is still
private and not overlooked by the pool or the rest of
the complex. 4 chairs and a small table are provided for
use on the 2 balconies. 6 chairs and a large table &
parasol are provided for use in the garden. There are
also sun loungers and a barbecue. At ground level the
house has a spacious storage room. This is used to store
garden furniture when the house is empty. It is very
handy for storing beach items and keeping the house
clutter-free during your stay. The storage room leads
off the undercover area.
Coast/Beach
Coral Beach with its sandy beaches, safe waters,
restaurants, volley ball courts and changing facilities
is less than 5 minutes drive away (or a 25 minute walk).
Golf
The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy
reach of the apartment: Tsada 20 mins drive. Secret
Valley and Aphrodite Hills 30 mins drive. It is
advisable to book these courses before you arrive in
Cyprus, especially during the high season.
Skiing
In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can
sunbath in the morning and ski in the afternoon! Only
one hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun
skiing between January and March.
Travel
Paphos international airport is 30-40 mins drive, the
taxi fare approx €25-30 euros depending on time of day.
Taxi from Larnaca is €85-90 euros and takes around 1-2
hours. Buses travel from the harbour at frequent
intervals and a very cheap. Car hire, whilst not
essential is recommended if you want to see all the
island has to offer. Driving is on the left and road
signs are in English.
Distances
Peyia village with its quaint streets, local tavernas
and general shopping is just a few minutes drive.
The Akamas Peninsula only 10 minutes drive away. Paphos
Harbour is 15 minutes drive. The motorway system links
all areas of Cyprus and are very congestion free.
Further
details
Suitable for families or couples. Smoking allowed only
in the outside areas. Air conditioning units also
provide heat in the winter months. Both Coral Bay and
Peyia village have full bank and shopping facilities.
Car, bike & off road buggies can be hired in Coral Bay.
Buses, tours and taxis are readily available at very
lows costs.
There is a horse riding stables, Donkey Sanctuary, Bird
Park, Reptile Park, Turtle Beach all within a few
minutes drive.
Special
interest holidays
Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in
the Troodos Mountains, shopping in Nicosia, numerous
historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, water
sports, it's all here! and with an estimated 340 days of
sunshine a year... any time is a good time to visit.
Booking notes
Property booking options can be held for 3 days. After
which a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure
your booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to
departure. Full booking information and conditions are
available upon request. A £100 security deposit will be
required & returned to you within 7 days of your arrival
back in the UK providing no breakages have be made.
