If you require a "one off" cleaning service or a complete holiday changeover service.
Prices include laundry of one set of linen and towels.
Mid-let cleans and laundry change available.
Departure cleans if you have no immediate changeovers.
We will provide you with a detailed breakdown of exactly what our services provide so that you
have peace of mind knowing that your investment is being professionally cared for.
Prices start from EUR55.00. (based on a 1 bedroom apartment)
Welcome Packs
After a long journey to your holiday destination the first thing people need is a cup of tea!
Basic welcome packs of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread,
butter, jam and toilet rolls etc are available at a
small cost.
Would you like fruit, wine, soft drinks or champagne for that special holiday?!!! Let us know
your specific requirements two weeks prior to your arrival and we will ensure that you have
everything you need to start your holiday in comfort.
Pool and Hot Tub Maintenance and Cleaning
Whether you have a tiled, fibre glass or liner pool, sweptawaycyprus has the right solution for
your maintenance needs.
Two visits per week in the summer months and one per week in the winter months.
Chemical balancing, vacuuming and equipment monitoring and fault reporting.
Prices include chemicals and start from EUR86.00 per month for a small pool.
Garden Maintenance
It said that in Cyprus the Gardens grow ten times faster than in the U.K.!
From pruning to planting, weeding to water features we can keep your garden looking at its best
all year round for the minimum of cost.

Security - Key Holding - Maintenance Checks
If your property is left unattended for any length of time or during the winter months we can
provide visits to ensure that it is secure, air the property, run aircon units and taps, Water
inside plants or feed the pets!
We will report any faults and potential problems and advise on their correction.
If you need to allow access to builders or delivery of goods we will ensure that we stay with
them and secure your home on their departure.
Our prices for these services start at EUR11.00 per visit.
Mail Collection and Bill Payment
Setting up a standing order in Cyprus to cover your bill payments does not always guarantee
that they will be paid.
We can arrange to pay your bills at the appropriate authority and you can bank transfer us the
funds to cover it.
Have you got mail at the property and have holiday guests there?
We can collect your mail and either keep it for your next visit or send it to your U.K. address.

Build Monitoring
Is your property still at the development stage?
Most developers get on with the job in hand and produce some beautiful homes.
However sometimes their interpretation of your personal requirements is very often different to
yours!
When you are not there we will make regular visits to monitor their progress and report back to
you with photographs of the work completed. We will convey your requirements, concerns and
praise to the builders should the need arise.
Prices from EUR50.00 per month
Window Cleaning
Windows will be cleaned inside and out and price is dependant on size and location.
A quotation will be provided after a property inspection.
Call Out
Keys lost, forgotten safe code, burst pipe - All these things can make a visit very frustrating.
We can provide cover and peace of mind by containing the problem and arranging repair.
Charges from EUR20.00.
Start Of Season Clean
After your property has been closed throughout most of the winter months it is normally in need
of a "spring clean."
Windows, ceilings, shutters, drives and patios will be looking a little dull.
We will give you a competitive all inclusive price to make your 2nd home fit for the summer!
Advance booking of this service is necessary as the demand is great.
Property Letting
If you would like us to include your property on the Sweptawaycyprus.com website we will at no
cost for the first twelve months. There is a fixed percentage charge for any booking that we
acquire.

Taxi Transfers
Arrangement can be made for your taxi transfer to and
from the airport.
The cost to paid direct to the driver is EUR25.00 to
EUR30.00 to Paphos and EUR45.00 to EUR50.00 to Peyia and
Coral Bay depending on the time of day and amount of
passengers.
Car Hire
If you would like to arrange car hire and have a car available for collection at the airport
