Notes on accommodation
All rooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans for extra comfort.
Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump.
Hair dryers in all bedrooms.
All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table and chair, bedside table and lights.
Two security safes are provided for your valuables.
All windows and patio doors have louvered shutters.
A security alarm is fitted to the property.

Outside:
Fabulous views of the sea and evening sunsets. A solar heated 8mx4m swimming pool (reaching
temperatures of around 96 degrees in the summer months!), 2 outside patio areas with dining for
6, a sun-bed area and surrounded by mature landscaped gardens. Gas barbecue, outside shower.
Coast/Beach:
Coral Beach with its sandy beaches, safe waters, restaurants, volley ball courts and changing
facilities is less than 5 minutes drive away (or a 25 minute walk).
Golf:
The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 20
mins drive. Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these
courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.
Skiing:
In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can sunbath in the morning and ski in the
afternoon! Only one hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun skiing between January
and March.
Special interest holidays:
Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in
Nicosia, numerous historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, water sports, it's all here!
and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year... any time is a good time to visit.
Travel:
Airport transfer is approximately 30/40 minutes depending on the time of day/night.
Distances:
Peyia village with its quaint streets, local tavernas and general shopping is just a few
minutes drive.
The Akamas Peninsula only 10 minutes drive away. Paphos Harbour is 15 minutes drive.
Further details:
Both Coral Bay and Peyia village have full bank and shopping facilities. Car, bike & off road
buggies can be hired in Coral Bay. Buses, tours and taxis are readily available at very lows
costs.
There is a horse riding stables, Donkey Sanctuary, Bird Park, Reptile Park, Turtle Beach all
within a few minutes travelling.
Booking notes:
Booking options can be held for three days.
After which a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
Full booking information and conditions are available upon request.
A CYP100 security deposit will be required & returned to you within 7 days of your arrival back in
the UK providing no breakages have be made.
