This superb and spacious two bedroomed luxury villa has a rooftop patio and an outside garden areas leading to the large swimming pool (which have shallow depths for children). It is within walking distance of the beach, shops harbour and restaurants (car not essential). Fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout.

Prices

Prices are for the property per week and in UK pounds. Special prices available for bookings over 3 weeks.

Changeover day

We are flexible. Clients are required to vacate the apartment by 11am on their changeover day. However there are shower and changing facilities in the pool area which can be used up to your departure.

Accommodation:

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1, King-size bed, ensuite and private furnished balcony.
Bedroom 2, Large twin beds, en-suite and private balcony. spacious sun terrace with sunbeds and glimpses of the sea. All rooms have ceilings fans, air-conditioning and hair dryers.

Bathrooms: Ground floor: toilet & wash basin, both bedrooms are en-suite.

Kitchen: All modern appliances are available in this compact kitchen including washing machine, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and board & toaster.

Living Room: The open plan lounge area can seat 4 people comfortably. The dining table and occasional furniture allow space for all the family. With satellite TV, DVD, radio, CD player.

Other: Roof top Patio with panoramic views of Paphos. All rooms are fully shuttered.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bed linen and towels are supplied (not beach towels). The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure.
A mid-week clean is available at a small cost of £25

All windows are fully shuttered for added security and ventilation.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans.

Amenities/Facilities provided:

Outside
A large swimming pool is available for use and only a few steps away from your patio. The sunbeds are supplied and there are covered shower and toilets areas.

Coast/Beach
Only 15 to 20 minute stroll to the nearest beach and harbour.

Golf
The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 20 mins drive. Secret Vally and Aphrodite Hills 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.

Skiing
In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can sunbath in the morning and ski in the afternoon! Only one hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun skiing between January and March.

Special interest holidays
Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in Nicosia, numerous historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, water sports, it's all here! and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year... any time is a good time to visit.

Travel
Paphos international airport is 20 mins drive, the taxi fare approx CY£15-20 depending on time of day. Taxi from Larnaca is CY£50 and takes around 1-2 hours. Buses travel from the habour at frequent intervals and a very cheap. Car hire, whilst not essential is recommended if you want to see all the island has to offer. Driving is on the left and road signs are in English.

Distances
The motorway system links all areas of Cyprus and are very congestion free.

This luxurious holiday villa is ideal for those looking for that extras quality for their perfect holiday in paradise! Suitable for families or couples. Smoking preferred only in the outside areas. Air conditioning units also provide heat in the winter months. Bedrooms and lounge have louvered window shutters. A safe is provided for your valuable possessions. For a small additional cost we can provide: high chair, cot, baby seat.

Booking notes
Property booking options can be held for 3 days. After which a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. Full booking information and conditions are available upon request. A £100 returnable deposit is to be lodged against damage.
