This Villa is comfortable, well equipped and homely. Fully air-conditioned, and with free to view satellite TV. It has its own private swimming pool and patio area and is located between the picturesque village of Peyia with its many local tavernas & restaurants, ancient church and shopping facilities - and - the beautiful beaches of Coral Bay with shopping and a choice of restaurants, bars and clubs for all ages. Close to the fantastic Akamas Peninsula games reserve with its exciting walks, deserted beaches, turtle sanctuary and selective restaurants all for to explore!
 

Prices

Prices are for the property per week and in UK pounds. Special Prices available for bookings over 3 weeks.

Changeover day

Clients are required to vacate the property by 11.00am on their changeover day unless prior arrangements have been made. Arrival time is 15.00hrs unless prior arrangement has been made.

Accommodation:

Bedrooms: Both Bedrooms are upstairs one with double bed en-suite and patio doors leading onto a balcony, and one twin room en-suite.
All rooms have air-con, dressing tables & fitted wardrobes, and hairdryer.

Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 is downstairs with shower wash basin & toilet. Bathroom 2 is en-suite upstairs with shower, wash basin and toilet. Bathroom 3 is en-suite in the master bedroom with a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet.

Kitchen: Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, clothes airers, iron & board.

Living Rooms: Satellite TV, DVD player, music system, dining for four, lounge seating for four, leading to a covered verandah with table, chairs and sun loungers.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels).
A mid-stay clean and linen change can be provided for a small cost of CYP20. Please notify at time of booking.
 

Notes on accommodation

All rooms are air-conditioned with patio doors opening onto upper and lower verandahs.

Amenities/Facilities provided:

Hob/oven, Air conditioning, fridge/freezer, microwave, Dishwasher, washing machine, Private pool, iron/ironing board, satellite tv

Outside:

Private patio with sun loungers, swimming pool, and excellent views. Covered downstairs verandah with table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool.

Coast/Beach:

Coral Beach with its sandy beaches, safe waters, restaurants, volley ball courts and changing facilities is less than 5 minutes drive away (or a 20 minute walk).

Golf:

The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 20 mins drive. Secret Vally and Aphrodite Hills 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.

Skiing:

In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can sunbath in the morning and ski in the afternoon! Only one hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun skiing between January and March.

Special interest holidays:

Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in Nicosia, numerous historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, water sports, it's all here! and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year... any time is a good time to visit.

Travel:

Airport transfer is approximately 30/40 minutes depending on the time of day/night.

Distances:

Peyia village with its quaint streets, local tavernas and general shopping is just a few minutes drive.
The Akamas Peninsula only 10 minutes drive away. Paphos Harbour is 15 minutes drive.
 

Further details:

Both Coral Bay and Peyia village have full bank and shopping facilities. Car, bike & off road buggies can be hired in Coral Bay. Buses, tours and taxis are readily available at very lows costs.

There is a horse riding stables, Donkey Sanctuary, Bird Park, Reptile Park, Turtle Beach all within a few minutes travelling.
 

Booking notes:

Booking options can be held for three days.
After which a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
Full booking information and conditions are available upon request.
A CYP100 security deposit will be required & returned to you within 7 days of your arrival back in the UK providing no breakages have be made.
