Villa Elysion is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and bright! Fully air-conditioned, and with free to view satellite TV. It has its own private swimming pool, landscaped gardens and tiled patio areas. With stone balustrades, roof top terrace with excellent views all around. Its peaceful location is just what you are looking for! Tucked in the hillside between the picturesque village of Peyia with its many local tavernas & restaurants, ancient church and shopping facilities - and - the beautiful beaches of Coral Bay with shopping and a choice of restaurants, bars and clubs for all ages. Close to the fantastic Akamas Peninsula games reserve with its exciting walks, deserted beaches, turtle sanctuary and selective restaurants all for to explore!

THIS PROPERTY IS LINKED TO VILLA AL-DAR, SUNSET VILLA, VILLA CLAIRISSA. BEING THAT THEY ARE IN VERY CLOSE PROXIMITY TO EACH OTHER AND WOULD BE SUITABLE FOR LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS.
 

Prices

Prices are for the property per week and in UK pounds. Special Prices available for bookings over 3 weeks.

Changeover day

Clients are required to vacate the property by 11.00am on their changeover day unless prior arrangements have been made. Arrival time is 15.00hrs unless prior arrangement has been made.

Accommodation:

Bedrooms: The master en-suite bedroom has a large double bed, two large picture French windows offering access to a superb, large balcony, with access, via a spiral stair to the roof patio. There is a separate access door from the landing to these areas also, to ensure privacy. There is ample storage and cupboard space. Bedroom 2 is also en-suite and has 2 generous, 3' 6' single beds, with superb views across the carob grove and mountains. Bedroom 3 is downstairs and has a separate bathroom. It too, enjoys lovely mountain and carob grove views. It is furnished with a high quality sofa bed

Bathrooms: The master bedroom's ensuite has a large, corner bath, with shower. The second bedroom's ensuite has a large, walk-in shower enclosure, whilst the downstairs bathroom has a shower cubicle. All bathrooms have sinks and toilet.

Kitchen: There is a large, extremely well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, all pans, crockery, etc) kitchen, with gas hob and fan-assisted electric oven.

Living Rooms: Satellite TV, DVD player, seating for 6 with coffee table, separate dining area with table and chairs.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels).
A mid-stay clean and linen change can be provided for a small cost of CYP20. Please notify at time of booking.
 

Notes on accommodation

All rooms are air-conditioned with patio doors opening onto upper and lower verandahs.
There is a no smoking policy inside the property.
Children welcome.
A car is recommended but not essential

Outside:

The private 8m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by landscaped gardens and tiles patio. Where you can dine alfresco or relax on the sunloungers around the pool. A table, chairs for 6 and a large sun umbrella is provided, together with 4 sunbeds. The master bedroom has a superb, large balcony, which has table and chairs for alfresco eating (umbrella also) and there is a spiral staircase to a roof patio, with breathtaking 360º views of the sea and the mountains, and fabulous sunsets onto the sea. The roof patio also has table and chairs.

Coast/Beach:

Coral Beach with its sandy beaches, safe waters, restaurants, volley ball courts and changing facilities is less than 5 minutes drive away (or a 25 minute walk).

Golf:

The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 20 mins drive. Secret Vally and Aphrodite Hills 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.

Skiing:

In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can sunbath in the morning and ski in the afternoon! Only one hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun skiing between January and March.

Special interest holidays:

Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in Nicosia, numerous historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, water sports, it's all here! and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year... any time is a good time to visit.

Travel:

Airport transfer is approximately 30/40 minutes depending on the time of day/night.

Distances:

Peyia village with its quaint streets, local tavernas and general shopping is just a few minutes drive.
The Akamas Peninsula only 10 minutes drive away. Paphos Harbour is 15 minutes drive.
 

Further details:

Both Coral Bay and Peyia village have full bank and shopping facilities. Car, bike & off road buggies can be hired in Coral Bay. Buses, tours and taxis are readily available at very lows costs.

There is a horse riding stables, Donkey Sanctuary, Bird Park, Reptile Park, Turtle Beach all within a few minutes travelling.
 

Booking notes:

Booking options can be held for three days.
After which a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
Full booking information and conditions are available upon request.
A CYP100 security deposit will be required & returned to you within 7 days of your arrival back in the UK providing no breakages have be made.
