Oodles Of Space In Villa Helena! It has all the room you need inside and outside for all your holiday requirements. Outside, a large patio with barbeque has its own covered dining area. A shower, swimming pool and sun loungers ease the burden! The landscaped garden area with its own fruit trees (when in season) is surrounded by its own perimeter walls for added privacy. Inside: A well appointed and fully equipped home which is air-conditioned throughout, and has free to view satellite TV. It is located between the picturesque village of Peyia with its many local tavernas & restaurants, ancient church and shopping facilities - and - the beautiful beaches of Coral Bay with shopping and a choice of restaurants, bars and clubs for all ages. Close to the fantastic Akamas Peninsula games reserve with its exciting walks, deserted beaches, turtle sanctuary and selective restaurants all for to explore!

Prices

Prices are for the property per week and in UK pounds. Special Prices available for bookings over 3 weeks.

Changeover day

Clients are required to vacate the property by 11.00am on their changeover day unless prior arrangements have been made. Arrival time is 15.00hrs unless prior arrangement has been made.

Accommodation:

Bedroom 1, Ground Floor: Double bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table, chair and hairdryer.

Bedroom 2, Twin: First floor level with large twin bunk beds (2+1)and en-suite bathroom. Fitted wardrobes and dresser.

Bedroom 3, Master Bedroom: First floor level with king size bed, en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and dressing table, chair and hair dryer. Two full patio windows open onto a private balcony with table, chairs and sunshade offering great views of the surrounding countryside and sea

Bathrooms (3): There are two en-suite bathrooms and one downstairs bathroom all with toil, wash basin and shower. The twin room also has a large corner bath.

Kitchen: Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, clothes airers, iron & board. The dining area has a large table with settings for six people.

Living Room: Satellite TV (free to view), DVD player, music system, comfortable seating for six, leading to a covered verandah with table and 6 chairs.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels).
A mid-stay clean and linen change can be provided for a small cost of CYP25. Please notify at time of booking.

 

Notes on accommodation

All rooms are air-conditioned.
Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump.
Hair dryers in all bedrooms.
All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table and chair, bedside table and lights.
A safe is provided for your valuables.
All windows and patio doors have blackout blinds or curtains.

Outside:

Fabulous views of the sea and evening Mediterranean sunsets. A 8mx4m swimming pool & shower, An outside patio area with a covered dining area for 6, a sun-bed area and surrounded by mature landscaped gardens. Barbecue and wash basin. Off and on road parking.

Coast/Beach:

Coral Beach with its sandy beaches, safe waters, restaurants, volley ball courts and changing facilities is less than 5 minutes drive away (or a 20 minute walk).

Golf:

The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 20 mins drive. Secret Vally and Aphrodite Hills 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.

Skiing:

In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can sunbath in the morning and ski in the afternoon! Only one hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun skiing between January and March.

Special interest holidays:

Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in Nicosia, numerous historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, water sports, it's all here! and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year... any time is a good time to visit.

Travel:

Airport transfer is approximately 30/40 minutes depending on the time of day/night.

Distances:

Peyia village with its quaint streets, local tavernas and general shopping is just a few minutes drive.
The Akamas Peninsula only 10 minutes drive away. Paphos Harbour is 15 minutes drive.

Further details:

Both Coral Bay and Peyia village have full bank and shopping facilities. Car, bike & off road buggies can be hired in Coral Bay. Buses, tours and taxis are readily available at very lows costs.

There is a horse riding stables, Donkey Sanctuary, Bird Park, Reptile Park, Turtle Beach all within a few minutes travelling.

Booking notes:

Booking options can be held for three days.
After which a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
Full booking information and conditions are available upon request.
A CYP100 security deposit will be required & returned to you within 7 days of your arrival back in the UK providing no breakages have be made.
