Outside
Fabulous views of the sea and evening Mediterranean
sunsets. A 8m x 4m swimming pool and outside shower. An
outside patio area with a sunbed area and surrounded by
mature landscaped gardens. Barbecue, Off and on road
parking.
Golf
The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy
reach of the apartment: Tsada, 20 mins drive. Secret
Valley and Aphrodite Hills, 30 mins drive. It is
advisable to book these courses before you arrive in
Cyprus, especially during the high season.
Special interest holidays
Local activities include cycling, diving, fishing, golf,
horse riding, mountain biking, tennis, walking, water
skiing, wind-surfing sailing all within easy access of
the villa. Diving courses
and trips can be arranged with the local 5 star Padi
dive centre.
Travel
Paphos airport is an easy 40 minutes drive away. Larnaca
airport is 2 hours on the motorway.
Distances
Peyia village with its quaint streets, local tavernas
and general shopping is just a few minutes drive or 15
minutes walking.
The Akamas Peninsula only 10 minutes drive away. Paphos
harbour is 20 minutes drive.
Further details
Both Coral Bay and Peyia village have full bank and
shopping facilities. Car, bike and off road buggies can
be hired in Coral Bay. Buses, tours and taxis are
readily available at very low costs.
There is a horse riding stables, donkey sanctuary, bird
park, reptile park, turtle beach all within a few
minutes travelling.

Booking options can be held for 3 days.
After which a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to
secure your booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
Full booking information and conditions are available
upon request.
A £100 security deposit will be required and returned to
you within 7 days of your arrival back in the UK
providing no breakages have be made.
